Os contribuintes t\u00eam entre os dias 15 de mar\u00e7o e 31 de maio para a entrega da declara\u00e7\u00e3o do IRPF de 2024<\/h2>\n<\/div>\n

O\u00a0Imposto de Renda\u00a0Retido na Fonte (IRRF) \u00e9 aplicado sobre diversos rendimentos, incluindo sal\u00e1rios, alugu\u00e9is e pr\u00eamios de loteria, sendo descontado antes do repasse ao benefici\u00e1rio pela fonte pagadora.<\/p>\n

Na \u00e9poca da\u00a0\u00a0declara\u00e7\u00e3o do\u00a0Imposto de Renda\u00a0da Pessoa F\u00edsica (IRPF), \u00e9 crucial levar em conta o IRRF, seja para abat\u00ea-lo do imposto devido ou para pleitear a restitui\u00e7\u00e3o. Os contribuintes t\u00eam o per\u00edodo entre 15 de mar\u00e7o e 31 de maio para efetuar a entrega da declara\u00e7\u00e3o referente a 2024.<\/p>\n

Todo ano, a Receita Federal publica uma Instru\u00e7\u00e3o Normativa espec\u00edfica que discrimina quem est\u00e1 obrigado a enviar a Declara\u00e7\u00e3o do Imposto sobre a\u00a0Renda Retido na Fonte (Dirf). \u00c9 poss\u00edvel acompanhar a solicita\u00e7\u00e3o de forma online pelos sites destinados ao processo simplificado ou no portal e-CAC.<\/p>\n

Os valores sujeitos a cobran\u00e7a incluem sal\u00e1rios e demais remunera\u00e7\u00f5es de empregados, aposentados e pensionistas, alugu\u00e9is de im\u00f3veis, servi\u00e7os prestados por pessoas jur\u00eddicas (como consultorias e assessorias), servi\u00e7os profissionais aut\u00f4nomos ou liberais, rendimentos de aplica\u00e7\u00f5es financeiras (como juros e dividendos), ganhos de capital provenientes de opera\u00e7\u00f5es de venda de bens e direitos (como im\u00f3veis, ve\u00edculos, a\u00e7\u00f5es) e pr\u00eamios de loterias e sorteios.<\/p>\n

No caso dos sal\u00e1rios, o IRRF \u00e9 calculado sobre o valor remanescente ap\u00f3s descontos do\u00a0INSS<\/a>, aplica\u00e7\u00e3o da al\u00edquota conforme a tabela do IR e subtra\u00e7\u00e3o da parcela dedut\u00edvel.<\/p>\n

Reajuste na tabela<\/h3>\n

O\u00a0presidente\u00a0Lula anunciou nesta semana\u00a0\u00a0que o governo realizar\u00e1 um reajuste na tabela do IRPF para assegurar a isen\u00e7\u00e3o do tributo em rendimentos\u00a0de at\u00e9 dois sal\u00e1rios m\u00ednimos (equivalente a R$ 2.824) por m\u00eas.<\/p>\n

A Associa\u00e7\u00e3o Nacional dos Auditores Fiscais da Receita Federal (Unafisco) estima que o\u00a0\u00a0ajuste evitar\u00e1 que mais 2 milh\u00f5es de pessoas paguem IR\u00a0este ano, com um custo para a Uni\u00e3o de R$ 344,8 milh\u00f5es.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
