A decis\u00e3o\u00a0ocorreu no mesmo dia em que\u00a0\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/ultimosegundo.ig.com.br\/mundo\/2024-01-24\/argentina-greve-geral-governo-milei.html\">centrais sindicais iniciaram uma greve<\/a>\u00a0no pa\u00eds.<\/p>\n<p>A determina\u00e7\u00e3o declara a nulidade dos artigos 73, 79, 86, 87, 88 e 97 do decreto, conforme informado pelo jornal argentino Clar\u00edn. No entanto, a ju\u00edza Liliana Rodr\u00edguez Fern\u00e1ndez esclareceu que esses pontos do decreto voltar\u00e3o a ter validade se o Congresso ratificar a reforma.<\/p>\n<p>A magistrada argumentou que a utiliza\u00e7\u00e3o do Decreto Nacional de Urg\u00eancia (DNU) para modificar a legisla\u00e7\u00e3o trabalhista n\u00e3o est\u00e1 devidamente justificada neste caso.
