Ministro da Fazenda disse que n\u00e3o falou com o presidente do Senado, Rodrigo Pacheco, sobre mudan\u00e7as em trechos da MP da reonera\u00e7\u00e3o<\/h2>\n<\/div>\n
Ao sair de uma\u00a0\u00a0reuni\u00e3o com parlamentares da frente parlamentar evang\u00e9lica\u00a0nesta sexta-feira (19), o ministro da Fazenda, Fernando Haddad, falou com os jornalistas a respeito do\u00a0projeto de reonera\u00e7\u00e3o da folha de pagamentos de 17 setores da economia\u00a0. “Foram R$ 150 bilh\u00f5es investidos em desonera\u00e7\u00e3o, que n\u00e3o renderam emprego nem aumento de sal\u00e1rio para ningu\u00e9m”, disse o ministro, contrariando o\u00a0\u00a0argumento de setores beneficiados\u00a0pela medida.<\/div>\n

Tamb\u00e9m nesta sexta-feira, o presidente do\u00a0Senado\u00a0Federal,\u00a0\u00a0Rodrigo Pacheco (PSD-MG) disse que o governo federal est\u00e1 comprometido com a altera\u00e7\u00e3o\u00a0de trechos da MP da reonera\u00e7\u00e3o, alegando que h\u00e1 um acordo entre ele, Haddad e o presidente Luiz In\u00e1cio Lula da Silva (PT).<\/p>\n

Questionado sobre esse suposto acordo, Haddad respondeu que n\u00e3o conseguiu falar com Pacheco ap\u00f3s ele ter feito a declara\u00e7\u00e3o em quest\u00e3o. O ministro disse ainda que, anteriormente, conversou tanto com Lula, quanto com Pacheco e com o presidente da C\u00e2mara, Arthur Lira (PP-AL), e fez “um apanhado do entendimento de cada um sobre como proceder”. “Levei a confirma\u00e7\u00e3o dos presidentes das duas Casas, os valores envolvidos e a ideia do governo”, disse Haddad.<\/p>\n

“A\u00a0reforma tribut\u00e1ria\u00a0adotou um procedimento que deveria ser adotado em todos os casos semelhantes: a ideia de diluir no tempo o fim de todo e qualquer benef\u00edcio, sobretudo aqueles que n\u00e3o tiveram nenhum ganho social, como \u00e9 o caso deste. O que fez a reforma tribut\u00e1ria? Diluiu no tempo o fim dos benef\u00edcios, para que as pessoas tivessem tempo de se adaptar \u00e0 nova regra. Levamos esse princ\u00edpio \u00e0 considera\u00e7\u00e3o dos dois presidentes, e ele foi inserido na emenda constitucional”, disse Haddad.<\/p>\n

O ministro declarou ainda que novas reuni\u00f5es devem ser feitas entre o governo – inclusive com o presidente Lula em pessoa – e os presidentes das casas legislativas antes do fim do recesso legislativo.<\/p>\n

“Vamos apresentar esse princ\u00edpio como regra geral, e vamos fazer o que fizemos em todos os projetos endere\u00e7ados pelo Executivo. Tudo foi negociado de forma transparente, com o acompanhamento da imprensa, da sociedade e com a oitiva dos empres\u00e1rios”.<\/p>\n
