Uma trag\u00e9dia abalou o Jardim Bel\u00e9m, zona leste de S\u00e3o Paulo, quando um agente penitenci\u00e1rio de 41 anos tirou a vida da esposa, de 38 anos, antes de cometer suic\u00eddio em seu apartamento.<\/span><\/div>\n

Segundo informa\u00e7\u00f5es da Pol\u00edcia Civil, um dos filhos do agente afirmou que seu pai o procurou momentos antes do incidente, revelando a inten\u00e7\u00e3o de se suicidar devido a uma falsa acusa\u00e7\u00e3o de estupro feita por um familiar. O filho, inicialmente incr\u00e9dulo, recebeu um v\u00eddeo de despedida do pai. Preocupado, dirigiu-se ao apartamento e solicitou a interven\u00e7\u00e3o da Pol\u00edcia Militar.<\/div>\n

Ao entrar no local, os policiais encontraram os corpos da v\u00edtima, que teria sido asfixiada pelo marido, e do agente penitenci\u00e1rio, que aparentemente cometeu suic\u00eddio com um tiro na cabe\u00e7a.<\/div>\n

A Secretaria da Administra\u00e7\u00e3o Penitenci\u00e1ria (SAP) confirmou que o agente, identificado como J\u00falio C\u00e9sar Calado, ingressou no servi\u00e7o p\u00fablico em 2021 e estava lotado na Penitenci\u00e1ria II Desembargador Adriano Marrey de Guarulhos desde novembro de 2022. N\u00e3o havia registros de processos disciplinares ou tratamento psicol\u00f3gico relacionados a ele.<\/div>\n

Os policiais militares foram acionados por volta das 6h30, encontrando os corpos de T\u00e2nia Lucia Pimentel Calado e J\u00falio C\u00e9sar Calado no apartamento do casal.<\/div>\n

A possibilidade de um pacto de morte est\u00e1 sendo investigada pela Pol\u00edcia Civil, sugerida por uma testemunha que afirma que a mulher teria ingerido medicamentos na tentativa de se suicidar, mas o marido a teria asfixiado quando ela n\u00e3o obteve sucesso.<\/div>\n

O caso foi registrado como homic\u00eddio e suic\u00eddio no 24\u00ba DP (Ponte Rasa), e a investiga\u00e7\u00e3o est\u00e1 sob responsabilidade do 62\u00ba DP (Ermelino Matarazzo).<\/div>\n
