Um grave acidente deixou tr\u00eas mortos, entre eles uma crian\u00e7a de 8 anos, e dois feridos no km 229 da Via Dutra, em S\u00e3o Paulo, na noite desta segunda-feira (15).<\/div>\n

De acordo com a pol\u00edcia, o acidente foi registrado por volta das 22h. Um caminh\u00e3o seguia sentido Rio de Janeiro, quando durante um congestionamento acabou colidindo na traseira de um carro, que acabou sendo prensado contra outro caminh\u00e3o que estava \u00e0 frente.<\/div>\n

Devido ao impacto, uma crian\u00e7a de 8 anos, um adolescente de 17 anos e um idoso de 73 anos, que estavam na parte de tr\u00e1s do carro, morreram na hora.<\/div>\n

J\u00e1 os dois ocupantes da parte da frente, um homem de 37 e uma mulher de 33 anos, foram socorridos e levados para o Hospital Geral de Guarulhos.<\/div>\n

O caminhoneiro Marcelo Gigante Sousa, que causou o acidente, afirmou \u00e0 pol\u00edcia que dormiu ao volante. Ele realizou o teste do baf\u00f4metro e o resultado foi negativo para presen\u00e7a de \u00e1lcool no sangue.<\/div>\n

Contudo, agentes encontraram uma “piteira” \u2014 peda\u00e7o de metal utilizado para consumo de crack \u2014 com o motorista, que foi encaminhado para o Instituto M\u00e9dico Legal para realizar exame toxicol\u00f3gico.<\/div>\n

O caso foi registrado como homic\u00eddio culposo e les\u00e3o corporal culposa, e ser\u00e1 investigado pelo 19\u00ba Distrito Policial (DP) – Vila Maria.<\/div>\n

O tr\u00e2nsito no trecho permaneceu bloqueado durante toda a madrugada e s\u00f3 foi liberado na manh\u00e3 desta ter\u00e7a-feira (16), cerca de 10 horas depois do acidente.<\/div>\n
