Nesta segunda-feira (15), o\u00a0\u00a0Minist\u00e9rio da Sa\u00fade informou\u00a0que priorizar\u00e1 a vacina\u00e7\u00e3o de crian\u00e7as e jovens de 6 a 16 anos contra a dengue.\u00a0O Brasil deve ter acesso neste ano a at\u00e9 6 milh\u00f5es de doses do imunizante. Como a aplica\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 feita em duas doses, at\u00e9 3 milh\u00f5es de pessoas ser\u00e3o vacinadas em 2024.<\/p>\n

O\u00a0imunizante contra a dengue Qdenga\u00a0, desenvolvido pelo laborat\u00f3rio jap\u00f4nes Takeda Pharma,\u00a0\u00a0foi aprovado pela Ag\u00eancia Nacional de Vigil\u00e2ncia Sanit\u00e1ria\u00a0(Anvisa)\u00a0no ano passado e inclu\u00eddo no Programa Nacional de Imuniza\u00e7\u00f5es (PNI) com previs\u00e3o de in\u00edcio de vacina\u00e7\u00f5es em fevereiro deste ano.<\/p>\n

O Brasil \u00e9 o primeiro pa\u00eds no mundo a oferecer a vacina na rede p\u00fablica, e h\u00e1 o entedimento de que ser\u00e1 um desafio enfrentar o baixo n\u00famero de doses disponibilizadas para a popula\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n

Vacina contra a dengue<\/h3>\n

Apesar das crian\u00e7as e adolescentes serem o p\u00fablico priorit\u00e1rio no momento, a Anvisa explica que a QDenga \u00e9 indicada para pessoas entre 4 e 60 anos, sendo necess\u00e1rio duas doses para a imuniza\u00e7\u00e3o completa.<\/p>\n

A vacina \u00e9 indicada tanto para quem j\u00e1 foi infectado, quanto para quem nunca entrou em contato com o v\u00edrus.\u00a0\u00a0S\u00f3\u00a0n\u00e3o poder\u00e3o<\/strong>\u00a0ser imunizados aqueles que tiverem alergia a algum de seus componentes; quem tiver o sistema imunol\u00f3gico comprometido ou alguma condi\u00e7\u00e3o imunossupressora; ou gestantes e lactantes.<\/p>\n

Estudos cl\u00ednicos mostram que os efeitos colaterais do imunizante podem acontecer e duram no m\u00e1ximo tr\u00eas dias. As rea\u00e7\u00f5es que foram relatadas com mais frequ\u00eancias foram: dor no local da inje\u00e7\u00e3o; dor de cabe\u00e7a; dor muscular; vermelhid\u00e3o no local da inje\u00e7\u00e3o; mal-estar; fraqueza; e febre. Ap\u00f3s a segunda dose, a tend\u00eancia \u00e9 que esses sintomas n\u00e3o apare\u00e7am mais.<\/p>\n
