Nesta sexta-feira (12), a\u00a0Pol\u00edcia Federal\u00a0(PF) instaurou um inqu\u00e9rito policial para investigar a suposta fraude na\u00a0filia\u00e7\u00e3o do presidente Luiz In\u00e1cio Lula da Silva (PT) ao Partido Liberal, sigla do ex-presidente\u00a0Jair\u00a0Bolsonaro.<\/p>\n

Na quarta-feira (10), o ministro do\u00a0Tribunal Superior Eleitoral\u00a0(TSE),\u00a0Alexandre de Moraes,\u00a0enviou a PF um compilado de\u00a0informa\u00e7\u00f5es sobre o caso. De acordo com a apura\u00e7\u00e3o dos T\u00e9cnicos da Corte, a inclus\u00e3o de Lula no sistema de filia\u00e7\u00e3o do\u00a0PL\u00a0foi realizada com uma senha em nome de uma advogada que presta servi\u00e7os ao partido.<\/p>\n

A investiga\u00e7\u00e3o na PF tramita em sigilo na Diretoria de Crimes Cibern\u00e9ticos da PF.<\/p>\n

No sistema consta que, desde o dia 15 de julho de 2023 Lula estava desligado do PT, partido do qual \u00e9 fundador e nome principal. A data \u00e9 a mesma que registra sua suposta filia\u00e7\u00e3o ao PL.<\/p>\n

Na manh\u00e3 desta sexta, o TSE determinou a Pol\u00edcia Federal que investigasse a filia\u00e7\u00e3o de Lula \u00e0 legenda advers\u00e1ria.<\/p>\n

No of\u00edcio, Moraes atestou ser “not\u00f3rio\u201d que Lula \u00e9 filiado do Partido dos Trabalhadores (PT), sigla a qual ele \u00e9 fundador e presidente honor\u00e1rio. Segundo o ministro, h\u00e1 a \u201cexist\u00eancia de ind\u00edcios de crime a partir da inser\u00e7\u00e3o de dados falsos em sistema eleitoral\u201d. Atrav\u00e9s de nota, o TSE disse que \u201ch\u00e1 claros ind\u00edcios de falsidade ideol\u00f3gica\u201d.<\/p>\n

Segundo o TSE, \u201cn\u00e3o houve ataque ao sistema ou falha em sua programa\u00e7\u00e3o. O que ocorreu foi o uso de credenciais v\u00e1lidas para o registro de uma nova filia\u00e7\u00e3o falsa”.<\/p>\n

O PL enviou uma nota \u00e0 imprensa assinada pela empresa Idatha,\u00a0respons\u00e1vel pelo\u00a0gerenciamento de dados com o sistema Filia. A empresa afirmou estar totalmente \u00e0 disposi\u00e7\u00e3o das autoridades para esclarecer o caso.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\u201c\u00c9 crucial ressaltar que todo o fluxo de qualquer eventual filia\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 registrado no sistema, o qual mant\u00e9m informa\u00e7\u00f5es e documentos audit\u00e1veis, estando todos os lan\u00e7amentos dispon\u00edveis para averigua\u00e7\u00e3o das autoridades competentes\u201d, acrescenta a nota da Idatha.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
