{"id":63241,"date":"2024-01-03T20:49:10","date_gmt":"2024-01-03T23:49:10","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.chavantesnoticia.com.br\/?p=63241"},"modified":"2024-01-03T20:49:12","modified_gmt":"2024-01-03T23:49:12","slug":"justica-argentina-suspende-reforma-trabalhista-de-milei","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.chavantesnoticia.com.br\/?p=63241","title":{"rendered":"JUSTI\u00c7A ARGENTINA SUSPENDE REFORMA TRABALHISTA DE MILEI"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"col-sm-12 ig-container_headerText\">\n<h2 id=\"noticia-olho\">A decis\u00e3o suspende parte do \u2018decreta\u00e7o\u2019 do novo presidente argentino, que modificou mais de 350 normas do pa\u00eds<\/h2>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"betOrBillboard clever-core-ads\">\n<p class=\"\">A Justi\u00e7a Trabalhista da Argentina suspendeu, nesta quarta-feira (3), parte do &#8220;decreta\u00e7o&#8221; anunciado pelo presidente Javier Milei, mais especificamente as medidas que dizem respeito \u00e0 reforma trabalhista proposta pelo mandat\u00e1rio rec\u00e9m-empossado.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\">As mudan\u00e7as propostas pelo novo presidente s\u00e3o pol\u00eamicas e desencadearam n\u00e3o apenas judicializa\u00e7\u00e3o como tamb\u00e9m\u00a0protestos nas ruas de diversas cidades da Argentina,\u00a0que terminaram com presos, feridos e\u00a0amea\u00e7as de cortes de benef\u00edcios sociais dos manifestantes\u00a0.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p class=\"\">Entre as medidas suspensas, est\u00e3o a possibilidade de usar a participa\u00e7\u00e3o de trabalhadores em protestos de rua como justa causa para demiss\u00e3o; a estipula\u00e7\u00e3o de per\u00edodos de experi\u00eancia de oito meses; e mudan\u00e7as no sistema de indeniza\u00e7\u00f5es devidas a profissionais que pedem demiss\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<p class=\" \">A decis\u00e3o judicial \u00e9 uma medida cautelar, proferida em resposta a uma a\u00e7\u00e3o protocolada por uma central sindical junto \u00e0 Justi\u00e7a do Trabalho.
