O presidente da Argentina, Javier Milei, enviou \u00e0 C\u00e2mara dos Deputados um projeto de lei no qual solicita que o Congresso declare estado de emerg\u00eancia p\u00fablica nas \u00e1reas econ\u00f4mica, financeira, fiscal, previdenci\u00e1ria, de seguran\u00e7a, defesa, tarif\u00e1ria, energ\u00e9tica, sanit\u00e1ria, administrativa e social at\u00e9 31 de dezembro de 2025.<\/p>\n

O texto, que re\u00fane uma s\u00e9rie de iniciativas contempladas no megadecreto sobre a desregulamenta\u00e7\u00e3o da economia assinado na semana passada, \u00e9 composto por 183 p\u00e1ginas e 664 artigos.<\/p>\n

Por seu tamanho e abrang\u00eancia, o texto foi chamado de lei \u201c\u00d4nibus\u201d ou \u201c\u00d3mnibus\u201d. Na pr\u00e1tica, o projeto d\u00e1 \u201csuperpoderes\u201d ao presidente.<\/p>\n

O texto estabelece reformas fiscais, suspende a aplica\u00e7\u00e3o da f\u00f3rmula de atualiza\u00e7\u00e3o de sal\u00e1rios e endurece as medidas contra protestos.<\/p>\n

Novos controles sobre manifesta\u00e7\u00f5es de rua seriam incorporados ao c\u00f3digo penal, aumentando as penalidades pelo bloqueio de estradas.<\/p>\n

Al\u00e9m disso, toda reuni\u00e3o com mais de tr\u00eas pessoas em local p\u00fablico passa ser considerada manifesta\u00e7\u00e3o e deve ser informada com 48 horas de anteced\u00eancia ao Minist\u00e9rio da Seguran\u00e7a.<\/p>\n

A nova lei tamb\u00e9m sujeita empresas e sociedades de propriedade total ou majorit\u00e1ria do Estado \u00e0 privatiza\u00e7\u00e3o, incluindo Aerol\u00edneas Argentinas, Aysa, Banco Naci\u00f3n, Ypf e os meios de comunica\u00e7\u00e3o p\u00fablicos Channel 7, Radio Nacional e Telam.<\/p>\n

Entre as muitas mudan\u00e7as apresentadas pelo presidente ultraliberal Javier Milei para a Argentina est\u00e1 o “div\u00f3rcio rel\u00e2mpago”, que consiste em separa\u00e7\u00f5es conjugais r\u00e1pidas em caso de acordo m\u00fatuo, sem a interven\u00e7\u00e3o da magistratura ou advogados.<\/p>\n

Na vis\u00e3o de Milei, para um casal casado se divorciar, ser\u00e1 suficiente expressar sua vontade perante as autoridades administrativas do registro civil.<\/p>\n

A medida j\u00e1 provocou a rea\u00e7\u00e3o de v\u00e1rios juristas e, em particular, do presidente da Ordem dos Advogados de Buenos Aires, Ricardo Gil Lavedra, que assegurou \u00e0 imprensa local a inten\u00e7\u00e3o de “defender as atribui\u00e7\u00f5es da profiss\u00e3o forense”.<\/p>\n

Greve geral<\/h3>\n

O principal sindicato argentino convocou uma greve geral contra as reformas do novo presidente Javier Milei, que visa liberalizar a economia do pa\u00eds.<\/p>\n

H\u00e9ctor Daer, secret\u00e1rio-geral da Confedera\u00e7\u00e3o Geral do Trabalho (CGT), afirmou que a greve de 24 de janeiro \u00e9 um protesto contra o decreto e o pacote de leis anunciados por Milei, que dariam ao presidente “todo o poder p\u00fablico”.<\/p>\n
