A decis\u00e3o foi assinada no dia 23 deste m\u00eas.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\">No dia 14 de dezembro, os dois \u00f3rg\u00e3os e o Minist\u00e9rio P\u00fablico de Alagoas (MPAL) pediram \u00e0 Justi\u00e7a o bloqueio da quantia para garantir a inclus\u00e3o de novos im\u00f3veis em um programa de compensa\u00e7\u00e3o financeira para os\u00a0moradores do bairro Bom Parto, uma das localidades de Macei\u00f3 afetadas pela explora\u00e7\u00e3o de sal-gema\u00a0. A medida faz parte de um dos processos movidos contra a mineradora.<\/p>\n<p>Na decis\u00e3o, o juiz Andr\u00e9 Tobias Granja entendeu que o bloqueio deve ser analisado com cautela. \u00a0&#8220;No caso em tela, n\u00e3o existe a necessidade de se garantir uma execu\u00e7\u00e3o futura, uma vez que j\u00e1 existe t\u00edtulo executivo formado nos autos, ainda que provis\u00f3rio, o qual pode ser devidamente executado, em sede de cumprimento individual de senten\u00e7a coletiva&#8221;, escreveu o magistrado.<\/p>\n<div>\n<p class=\" \">Diversos bairros da capital alagoana sofrem com desgaste do solo provocado ao longo dos anos pela explora\u00e7\u00e3o de sal-gema, em jazidas no subsolo abertas pela Braskem. O sal-gema \u00e9 um tipo de sal usado na ind\u00fastria qu\u00edmica.<\/p>\n<p>Falhas graves no processo de minera\u00e7\u00e3o causaram instabilidade no solo.
