A decis\u00e3o da Justi\u00e7a de S\u00e3o Paulo aconteceu pouco mais de 24 horas depois do \u00f3bito do garoto.<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\"><\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">Rodrigo\u00a0J\u00fanior foi atendido na UPA (Unidade de Pronto Atendimento) de Itaquera, na zona leste de S\u00e3o Paulo, com hematomas e desacordado. De acordo com a pol\u00edcia, esta n\u00e3o \u00e9 a primeira vez que o menino foi agredido. Os m\u00e9dicos tentaram reanimar a crian\u00e7a, sem sucesso.
