Rio – A Justi\u00e7a Federal do Rio recebeu, na semana passada, a den\u00fancia do Minist\u00e9rio P\u00fablico contra tr\u00eas policiais rodovi\u00e1rios federais\u00a0pela morte da menina Heloisa dos Santos Silva, de 3 anos, que estava no carro com a fam\u00edlia e foi baleada na nuca durante uma abordagem dos agentes no Arco Metropolitano, na altura de Serop\u00e9dica, em setembro deste ano.<\/div>\n

Fabiano Menacho Ferreira, Matheus Domicioli Soares Vi\u00e9gas Pinheiro e Wesley Santos da Silva s\u00e3o acusados pela pr\u00e1tica de homic\u00eddio consumado e quatro tentativas de homic\u00eddio, al\u00e9m do crime de fraude processual. O MPF ainda pede que o caso seja levado a j\u00fari popular, por se tratar de crime contra a vida.<\/div>\n
