O ministro\u00a0Alexandre de Moraes, do\u00a0Supremo Tribunal Federal\u00a0(STF), validou nesta segunda-feira (18) 38 acordos de n\u00e3o persecu\u00e7\u00e3o penal com investigados pelos atos golpistas de 8 de janeiro.<\/p>\n

Moraes tamb\u00e9m mandou soltar 46 acusados de participar dos atos. Em troca da liberdade provis\u00f3ria, os investigados dever\u00e3o cumprir medidas cautelares diversas da pris\u00e3o, como uso de tornozeleira eletr\u00f4nica.<\/p>\n

Pelo acordo de n\u00e3o persecu\u00e7\u00e3o penal (ANPP), acusados de crimes cometidos sem viol\u00eancia ou grave amea\u00e7a e com pena m\u00ednima de quatro anos podem confessar os crimes em troca de medidas diversas da pris\u00e3o, como repara\u00e7\u00e3o do dano provocado, entrega dos bens que s\u00e3o frutos do crime, pagamento de multa e presta\u00e7\u00e3o de servi\u00e7os \u00e0 comunidade.<\/p>\n

Os investigados que participaram dos atos de depreda\u00e7\u00e3o do Congresso, do Pal\u00e1cio do Planalto e do Supremo Tribunal Federal (STF) n\u00e3o ter\u00e3o direito ao benef\u00edcio. O acordo foi proposto pela Procuradoria-Geral da Rep\u00fablica (PGR) apenas para quem foi preso em frente ao quartel-general do Ex\u00e9rcito, em Bras\u00edlia, em 8 de janeiro.<\/p>\n

De acordo com o gabinete do ministro Alexandre de Moraes, 66 investigados ainda permanecem presos desde 8 de janeiro.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
