Aras argumentou que as regras poderiam promover a censura pr\u00e9via de conte\u00fados na internet.<\/p>\n<p>A Corte julga nesta semana um recurso da antiga gest\u00e3o da PGR contra a decis\u00e3o que validou a norma. At\u00e9 o momento, seis dos dez ministros votaram pela manuten\u00e7\u00e3o da resolu\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<p>Os votos foram proferidos pelos ministros Edson Fachin, C\u00e1rmen L\u00facia, Dias Toffoli, Cristiano Zanin,\u00a0Alexandre de Moraes\u00a0e Lu\u00eds Roberto Barroso.<\/p>\n<p>Moraes, que tamb\u00e9m \u00e9 presidente do TSE, ressaltou em seu voto que o Estado deve reagir contra os \u201cefeitos nefastos\u201d da desinforma\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cA propaga\u00e7\u00e3o generalizada de impress\u00f5es falseadas de natureza grave e antidemocr\u00e1tica, que objetivam hackear a opini\u00e3o p\u00fablica, malferem o direito fundamental a informa\u00e7\u00f5es verdadeiras e induzem o eleitor a erro, cultivando um cen\u00e1rio de instabilidade que extrapola os limites da liberdade de fala, colocando sob suspeita o canal de express\u00e3o da cidadania\u201d, afirmou.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\">A Resolu\u00e7\u00e3o 23.714\/2022 ampliou o poder de pol\u00edcia do tribunal para atuar de of\u00edcio, ou seja, sem precisar ser provocado.<\/p>\n<p>Pelo texto, o presidente do TSE pode derrubar ativamente postagens e perfis em redes sociais que repliquem conte\u00fados julgados falsos pela Justi\u00e7a Eleitoral.
