O\u00a0Senado, no entanto, promoveu mudan\u00e7as no texto, o que obrigou uma nova an\u00e1lise da reforma pelos deputados, seguindo as normas legislativas.<\/p>\n<p>Antes de ser submetida a um segundo turno, os deputados\u00a0 votar\u00e3o os destaques, que s\u00e3o sugest\u00f5es de mudan\u00e7a no texto. Ao final do segundo turno de vota\u00e7\u00e3o, a PEC poder\u00e1 seguir para promulga\u00e7\u00e3o (ato que tornar\u00e1 o texto parte da Constitui\u00e7\u00e3o).<\/p>\n<h3>Como foi a vota\u00e7\u00e3o<\/h3>\n<p>A reforma foi votada ap\u00f3s reuni\u00f5es entre os presidentes da C\u00e2mara, Arthur Lira (PP-AL), do Senado, Rodrigo Pacheco (PSD-MG),\u00a0\u00a0e os relatores da proposta nas duas Casas \u2013 deputado Aguinaldo Ribeiro (PP-PB) e senador Eduardo Braga (MDB-AM).<\/p>\n<p>Os quatros costuraram um texto que pudesse ser entendido como \u201ccomum\u201d entre o Congresso Nacional,\u00a0\u00a0o que retira a necessidade de uma nova rodada de vota\u00e7\u00e3o no Senado,\u00a0 pois as PECs s\u00f3 podem ser promulgadas quando h\u00e1 um consenso entre C\u00e2mara e Senado sobre a proposta.<\/p>\n<p>O acordo entre as Casas foi anunciado nesta sexta por Aguinaldo Ribeiro.
