Agora, 17 setores da economia continuar\u00e3o a ter benef\u00edcios ficais at\u00e9 2027 PL ser\u00e1 promulgado como lei<\/h2>\n<\/div>\n

O\u00a0\u00a0Congresso Nacional<\/strong>\u00a0\u00a0derrubou o veto do presidente da Rep\u00fablica,\u00a0Luiz In\u00e1cio Lula da Silva (PT) ao projeto de lei que prorroga a\u00a0\u00a0desonera\u00e7\u00e3o da folha de pagamento<\/strong>\u00a0\u00a0para 17 setores da economia. O texto, que antes havia sido vetado integralmente pelo poder executivo, agora ser\u00e1 promulgado como lei.<\/p>\n

O benef\u00edcio acabaria em 31 de dezembro de 2023 e ser\u00e1 prorrogado at\u00e9 31 de dezembro de 2027, como previa o\u00a0\u00a0Projeto de Lei 334\/23<\/strong>\u00a0. A ren\u00fancia com a desonera\u00e7\u00e3o no setor privado \u00e9 estimada em cerca de R$ 9,4 bilh\u00f5es estimado pelo\u00a0Minist\u00e9rio da Fazenda.<\/p>\n

Com a desonera\u00e7\u00e3o, as empresas beneficiadas podem optar pelo pagamento das contribui\u00e7\u00f5es sociais sobre a receita bruta com al\u00edquotas de 1% a 4,5% em vez de pagar 20% de\u00a0INSS\u00a0relativo aos empregados pela Consolida\u00e7\u00e3o das Leis do Trabalho (CLT).<\/p>\n

No\u00a0Senado\u00a0Federal, foram 60 votos pela derrubada do veto e 13 a favor de mant\u00ea-lo. Na C\u00e2mara dos Deputados, houve 78 votos a favor do veto e 378 pela queda.<\/p>\n
