O senador Fl\u00e1vio\u00a0Bolsonaro\u00a0revelou nesta quarta-feira (13) que o ex-presidente\u00a0Jair Bolsonaro\u00a0(PL) cogitou indic\u00e1-lo para o\u00a0Supremo Tribunal Federal. Durante a sabatina de Fl\u00e1vio Dino, o filho mais velho do antigo governante do Brasil relatou que n\u00e3o quis aceitar o convite do pai e pediu para que Andr\u00e9 Mendon\u00e7a foi nomeado em seu lugar.<\/p>\n

\u201cBolsonaro virou para mim e falou: \u2018Fl\u00e1vio, o que voc\u00ea acha de voc\u00ea ser o indicado ao\u00a0STF?\u2019, j\u00e1 que se discutia a indica\u00e7\u00e3o de um evang\u00e9lico, como ele havia prometido na campanha. Eu disse: \u2018presidente, apesar de eu ser advogado, o que eu sou \u00e9 pol\u00edtico, o que eu gosto \u00e9 pol\u00edtica, indique Andr\u00e9 Mendon\u00e7a\u2019\u201d, declarou Fl\u00e1vio.<\/p>\n

Na sequ\u00eancia, ele provocou o presidente da CCJ (Comiss\u00e3o de Constitui\u00e7\u00e3o e Justi\u00e7a) do\u00a0Senado, Davi Alcolumbre (Uni\u00e3o Brasil-AP) \u201cEu acredito que com a ajuda do presidente Davi, teria alguma chance de passar no Senado Federal\u201d, ironizou.<\/p>\n

Fl\u00e1vio Bolsonaro x Fl\u00e1vio Dino<\/h2>\n

Fl\u00e1vio Bolsonaro tamb\u00e9m reclamou do fato de\u00a0Fl\u00e1vio Dino ter sido debochado com parlamentares durante\u00a0audi\u00eancias p\u00fablicas ao longo de 2023, quando ocupava o cargo de ministro da Justi\u00e7a.<\/p>\n

“O tom jocoso, as vezes em tom de deboche, tratando parlamentares com desd\u00e9m. Eu pr\u00f3prio tive essa mau oportunidade, na Comiss\u00e3o de Seguran\u00e7a P\u00fablica. (…) naquele momento, alertei vossa excel\u00eancia sobre as narcomil\u00edcias e o senhor, lamentavelmente, me respondeu fazendo uma esp\u00e9cie de sinaliza\u00e7\u00e3o que eu tenha envolvimento com mil\u00edcia, o que \u00e9 uma fake news. Eu desafio as autoridades do Brasil a acharem o nome Bolsonaro em qualquer investiga\u00e7\u00e3o”, falou o senador.<\/p>\n

Fl\u00e1vio Bolsonaro tamb\u00e9m reclamou da vis\u00e3o de Dino sobre a regulamenta\u00e7\u00e3o da internet. Por\u00e9m, o ministro rebateu o senador e defendeu sua opini\u00e3o em rela\u00e7\u00e3o ao tema.<\/p>\n

“Esse Congresso aprovou o Marco Civil da internet. Nos artigos 19 e 21, voc\u00ea encontra regula\u00e7\u00f5es. Se voc\u00ea abrir sua timeline, muito provavelmente n\u00e3o vai encontrar cenas de nudez n\u00e3o consentida. Porque h\u00e1 modera\u00e7\u00e3o ativa de conte\u00fado das empresas”, declarou.<\/p>\n

“O senhor diz assim: ‘tem que ser perseguido os criminosos e n\u00e3o os instrumentos’. Isso anularia o car\u00e1ter preventivo das pol\u00edticas p\u00fablicas. Se o seu racioc\u00ednio fosse correto, o senhor poderia ter em casa uma bomba at\u00f4mica”, concluiu.<\/p>\n
