O presidente Luiz In\u00e1cio Lula da Silva (PT) anunciou nesta egunda-feira (11) cerca de R$ 1 bilh\u00e3o (R$ 982 milh\u00f5es) em investimentos para um plano irecionado a dpessoas em situa\u00e7\u00e3o de rua. No an\u00fancio o presidente disse que o principal culpado por desabrigados \u00e9 o pr\u00f3prio Estado.<\/p>\n

\u201cN\u00f3s sabemos que muitas vezes o Estado n\u00e3o cuida dessas pessoas. Muitas vezes a sociedade n\u00e3o se importa com essas pessoas. Muitas vezes passamos por elas e viramos o rosto para n\u00e3o enxergar essa que \u00e9 a realidade do descaso pol\u00edtico, econ\u00f4mico e social desse pa\u00eds. Se essas pessoas existem, tem culpa. E essa culpa n\u00e3o pode ser outra sen\u00e3o do Estado.”<\/p>\n

Lula tamb\u00e9m falou\u00a0que \u201cn\u00e3o tem nada mais degradante na vida humana do que algu\u00e9m n\u00e3o ter onde morar\u201d e pediu aten\u00e7\u00e3o ao tema nas pr\u00f3ximas\u00a0elei\u00e7\u00f5es<\/a>\u00a0municipais, que ser\u00e3o realizadas em 2024.<\/p>\n

Ruas Vis\u00edveis<\/h3>\n

Em julho deste ano, o ministro do\u00a0Supremo Tribunal Federal<\/a>\u00a0(STF<\/a>)\u00a0Alexandre de Moraes<\/a>\u00a0decidiu que o governo federal tinha 120 dias para apresentar um plano nacional para a popula\u00e7\u00e3o de rua.<\/p>\n

O \u201cPlano Ruas Vis\u00edveis\u201d contempla medidas que ser\u00e3o desenvolvidas a partir de 7 temas:<\/p>\n

– Assist\u00eancia Social e Seguran\u00e7a Alimentar;<\/p>\n

– Sa\u00fade;<\/p>\n

– Viol\u00eancia Institucional;<\/p>\n

– Cidadania, Educa\u00e7\u00e3o e Cultura;<\/p>\n

– Habita\u00e7\u00e3o;<\/p>\n

– Trabalho e Renda;<\/p>\n

– Produ\u00e7\u00e3o e Gest\u00e3o de Dados.<\/p>\n
