Tornados e fortes tempestades atingiram o estado\u00a0\u00a0norte-americano do Tennessee,\u00a0deixando seis mortos, casas destru\u00eddas e danos \u00e0 rede el\u00e9trica da regi\u00e3o\u00a0entre s\u00e1bado (9) e este domingo (10).<\/p>\n

De acordo com as autoridades, tr\u00eas das mortes aconteceram nos sub\u00farbios ao norte de\u00a0\u00a0Nashville.\u00a0O escrit\u00f3rio de gerenciamento de emerg\u00eancias da cidade divulgou fotos, nas redes sociais, de \u00e1rvores arrancadas e casas completamente destru\u00eddas ap\u00f3s os tornados.<\/p>\n

“Infelizmente, podemos confirmar tr\u00eas mortes ap\u00f3s o mau tempo em Nesbitt Lane”,\u00a0escreveu o escrit\u00f3rio em publica\u00e7\u00e3o nas redes sociais.<\/p>\n

Um\u00a0tornado<\/strong>\u00a0tamb\u00e9m atingiu a cidade de\u00a0Clarksville, no norte do estado,\u00a0e deixou o mesmo n\u00famero de mortos.<\/p>\n

“Tr\u00eas pessoas morreram, dois adultos e um menor”, disseram as autoridades do\u00a0condado de Montgomery, acrescentando que\u00a0“23 pessoas foram atendidas no hospital”.<\/p>\n

As autoridades informaram que as equipes de socorristas\u00a0“ainda est\u00e3o na fase de busca e resgate (ap\u00f3s) esta cat\u00e1strofe”, pedindo que os moradores n\u00e3o deixem suas casas para se aventurar nas estradas.<\/p>\n

Desde as 21h de ontem (00h de domingo no hor\u00e1rio de Bras\u00edlia),\u00a0o prefeito de Clarksville, Joe Pitts, declarou estado de emerg\u00eancia e imp\u00f4s toque de recolher \u00e0 popula\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n

“Considero necess\u00e1rio para a sa\u00fade, seguran\u00e7a e bem-estar da comunidade colocar a cidade sob toque de recolher esta noite (9\/12) e amanh\u00e3 \u00e0 noite (10\/12)”, disse Pitts em comunicado.<\/p>\n

Conforme o site\u00a0PowerOutage.us,\u00a0cerca de 52 mil resid\u00eancias ficaram sem energia no estado,\u00a0n\u00famero menor que\u00a0das 86 mil relatadas anteriormente.<\/p>\n

Em Clarksville, a operadora CDE Lightband informou que mais de 14 mil clientes estavam sem energia.<\/p>\n
