A v\u00edtima estava internada no Hospital Estadual Get\u00falio Vargas, mas n\u00e3o resistiu.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>\n<div class=\"texto\">A suspeita\u00a0Ana Maria Paix\u00e3o segue em liberdade. Ela havia sido presa na manh\u00e3 de quinta-feira (7) por policiais da 38\u00aa DP (Br\u00e1s de Pina), mas o Tribunal de Justi\u00e7a do Rio ainda n\u00e3o se manifestou sobre o pedido de pris\u00e3o feito pela Pol\u00edcia Civil por volta das 15h na I Vara Criminal.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>\n<div class=\"texto\">A Justi\u00e7a informou que o processo em fase de inqu\u00e9rito n\u00e3o consta na consulta e lembrou que nesta sexta-feira os cart\u00f3rios est\u00e3o fechados em fun\u00e7\u00e3o do feriado do Dia da Justi\u00e7a.<\/div>\n<div class=\"texto\">Inicialmente, o caso era investigado como tentativa de homic\u00eddio. Com a morte de Andr\u00e9 Luiz, Ana Maria passa a responder por homic\u00eddio qualificado por meio cruel, por conta da utiliza\u00e7\u00e3o de fogo,\u00a0e motivo f\u00fatil, j\u00e1 que a motiva\u00e7\u00e3o do crime foi ci\u00fame.<\/div>\n<div class=\"texto\">O delegado Fl\u00e1vio Rodrigues, respons\u00e1vel pela investiga\u00e7\u00e3o, afirmou que a equipe precisou liberar a autora na noite desta quinta-feira. Ela n\u00e3o tinha antecedentes criminais.\u00a0Ana Maria\u00a0ateou fogo no companheiro dentro de uma peixaria na Rua Cari Levi.\u00a0Ela prestou depoimento na quinta e confessou o crime. A autora n\u00e3o possuia anota\u00e7\u00f5es criminais at\u00e9 ent\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<p>Em imagens que circulam nas redes sociais \u00e9 poss\u00edvel v\u00ea-la jogando \u00e1lcool no corpo da v\u00edtima e em seguida acendendo um isqueiro. No momento em que ela joga o l\u00edquido inflam\u00e1vel, ele permanece sentado e aparenta n\u00e3o acreditar que ela seria capaz de o incendiar. Ap\u00f3s o fogo se alastrar, ele corre em chamas em dire\u00e7\u00e3o ao interior do estabelecimento.<\/p><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>\n<div class=\"article-body\">\n<div class=\"texto\">Segundo o Corpo de Bombeiros, o acionamento ocorreu na madrugada, \u00e0s 1h13, para &#8220;agress\u00e3o por objeto quente&#8221;. O quartel de Parada de Lucas foi at\u00e9 o local e socorreu a v\u00edtima, a encaminhado em estado grave ao Hospital Get\u00falio Vargas.
