O deputado federal Nikolas Ferreira ( PL-MG) foi condenado hoje (5) em segunda inst\u00e2ncia por transfobia contra Duda Salabert (PDT-MG), sua colega na C\u00e2mara dos Deputados.<\/p>\n

A indeniza\u00e7\u00e3o determinada pelo juiz foi de R$ 30 mil. O valor \u00e9 menor do que tinha definido a Justi\u00e7a de primeira inst\u00e2ncia, de R$ 80 mil, como reparo por danos morais.<\/p>\n

A deputada mencionou em sua conta no X (antigo Twitter) a condena\u00e7\u00e3o e diz estar esperando o pix em sua conta.<\/p>\n

O epis\u00f3dio de transfobia aconteceu no fim de 2020, quando Nikolas e Duda ainda eram vereadores de Belo Horizonte (MG).<\/p>\n

“Eu ainda irei cham\u00e1-la de ‘ele’. Ele \u00e9 homem. \u00c9 isso o que est\u00e1 na certid\u00e3o dele, independentemente do que ele acha que \u00e9”, afirmou o agora deputado em entrevista.<\/p>\n
