Um homem de 25 anos e outro de 34 anos foram presos pela Guarda Civil Metropolitana (GCM), no Bosque dos Buritis, em Goi\u00e2nia, no momento em que estavam nus e fazendo sexo.O caso aconteceu na noite desta segunda-feira (27).<\/div>\n

O nome dos envolvidos n\u00e3o foi divulgado, por isso, o g1 n\u00e3o conseguiu contato com a defesa. Segundo a GCM, a pris\u00e3o aconteceu durante o patrulhamento no Bosque dos Buritis, quando os guardas adentraram a p\u00e9 no interior do bosque e se depararam com dois indiv\u00edduos nus e praticando \u201catos obscenos\u201d.<\/div>\n

Os policiais deram voz de pris\u00e3o e realizaram a identifica\u00e7\u00e3o de ambos.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Ao questionar os autores sobre o que faziam ali e naquelas condi\u00e7\u00f5es, eles mencionaram que estavam ali “dando uns pegas”.<\/div>\n

Os policiais prenderam os autores e os conduziram para a Central Geral de Flagrantes para os procedimentos de praxe, onde ficaram \u00e0 disposi\u00e7\u00e3o da Justi\u00e7a.<\/div>\n

Os dois responder\u00e3o pelo crime de ato obsceno consumado tipificado no Artigo 233 do C\u00f3digo Penal Brasileiro.<\/div>\n

Segundo a GCM, os dois assinaram um um Termo Circunstanciado de Ocorr\u00eancia (TCO) e foram liberados em seguida.<\/div>\n
