Prefeitura de S\u00e3o Paulo recorreu para impedir greve<\/h2>\n<\/div>\n

Motoristas e cobradores de \u00f4nibus em S\u00e3o Paulo anunciaram nesta quinta-feira (30) uma greve surpresa em resposta ao cancelamento das\u00a0elei\u00e7\u00f5es\u00a0do SindMotoristas pelo Tribunal Regional do Trabalho.<\/p>\n

A Prefeitura de S\u00e3o Paulo agiu rapidamente e recorreu \u00e0 Justi\u00e7a com um mandado de seguran\u00e7a c\u00edvel para garantir o funcionamento das linhas de \u00f4nibus na sexta (1).<\/p>\n

O pedido inclui uma medida cautelar para impedir a paralisa\u00e7\u00e3o e estabelece uma multa di\u00e1ria de R$ 1 milh\u00e3o em caso de descumprimento.<\/p>\n

O prefeito da capital paulista, Ricardo Nunes (MDB-SP), demonstrou muita irrita\u00e7\u00e3o com a paralisa\u00e7\u00e3o. \u201cN\u00e3o faz o menor sentido\u201d, afirmou em entrevista \u00e0 Folha de S.Paulo. \u201cA popula\u00e7\u00e3o n\u00e3o pode ser v\u00edtima s\u00f3 porque a Justi\u00e7a suspendeu a elei\u00e7\u00e3o\u201d.<\/p>\n

O motivo central da greve est\u00e1 relacionado ao cancelamento das elei\u00e7\u00f5es sindicais do SindMotoristas pelo TRT.<\/p>\n

O Tribunal atendeu ao pedido do Grupo Oposi\u00e7\u00e3o e Luta, chapa contr\u00e1ria \u00e0 atual dire\u00e7\u00e3o. A chapa Resgate Raiz, que representa a diretoria atual do sindicato, venceu a elei\u00e7\u00e3o, mas a proposta de paralisa\u00e7\u00e3o n\u00e3o foi aprovada em assembleia.<\/p>\n

A controv\u00e9rsia na elei\u00e7\u00e3o sindical adiciona complexidade \u00e0 situa\u00e7\u00e3o, com diferentes fac\u00e7\u00f5es dentro do sindicato expressando posi\u00e7\u00f5es divergentes.<\/p>\n

Jos\u00e9 Valdevan de Jesus Santos, presidente do SindMotoristas,\u00a0afirmou que a greve n\u00e3o foi convocada pelo sindicato,\u00a0mas sim pela extinta comiss\u00e3o eleitoral da chapa 4.<\/p>\n

\u201cQualquer paralisa\u00e7\u00e3o no sistema de transporte urbano de S\u00e3o Paulo n\u00e3o ter\u00e1 a participa\u00e7\u00e3o do SindMotoristas e ser\u00e1 considerada explora\u00e7\u00e3o pol\u00edtica de uma chapa de oposi\u00e7\u00e3o que busca afrontar o poder judici\u00e1rio e obter vantagens indevidas explorando a boa f\u00e9 da categoria profissional\u201d, posicionou-se.<\/p>\n

Essa pode ser a segunda greve que ocorre em S\u00e3o Paulo na mesma semana. Na ter\u00e7a (28), servidores do Metr\u00f4, da Sabesp e da CPTM paralisaram seus trabalhos para protestarem contra as privatiza\u00e7\u00f5es feitas pelo governo estadual.<\/p>\n

A greve terminou no come\u00e7o da quarta (29), mas causou transtornos em diversas linhas e vias da capital paulista.\u00a0Houve moradores que apoiaram o ato, mas teve quem desaprovasse as paralisa\u00e7\u00f5es.<\/p>\n
