A Pol\u00edcia Civil do Estado do Cear\u00e1 – por meio da Delegacia de Defesa da Mulher de Fortaleza finalizou o inqu\u00e9rito que investigava o palha\u00e7o Tirulipa pelo suposto crime de Importuna\u00e7\u00e3o Sexual praticado contra duas mulheres em uma das edi\u00e7\u00f5es da Farofa da Gkay – fato que o levou a ser expulso do evento pela pr\u00f3pria Gkay – e remeteu o inqu\u00e9rito apontando ind\u00edcios do crime para o poder judici\u00e1rio.<\/p>\n

O judici\u00e1rio acolheu a conclus\u00e3o do inqu\u00e9rito e, pela lei, intimou o Minist\u00e9rio P\u00fablico para se manifestar sobre o caso. Na ocasi\u00e3o, o palha\u00e7o foi filmado desamarrando o biquini de algumas mulheres sem o consentimento delas durante uma gincana na Farofa.<\/p>\n

De acordo com o processo, o Minist\u00e9rio P\u00fablico solicitou o depoimento do palha\u00e7o, que acaba de assinar um contrato com a emissora de\u00a0Silvio Santos, o SBT. O humorista vai apresentar um programa chamado ‘Circo do Tirulipa’.<\/p>\n

A delegada n\u00e3o havia colhido o depoimento pessoal do palha\u00e7o, por considerar que as imagens enviadas e as imagens colhidas pelo hotel onde o evento foi realizado j\u00e1 eram suficientes para configurar ind\u00edcios de materialidade do delito. Todavia, a ju\u00edza acatou o pedido de dilig\u00eancia do Minist\u00e9rio P\u00fablico e solicitou que a delegada colha o depoimento do palha\u00e7o para que o processo tenha andamento.<\/p>\n

Tirulipa foi indiciado \u00e0 Justi\u00e7a ap\u00f3s a den\u00fancia aberta pela pr\u00f3pria delegada ao tomar conhecimento das imagens que viralizaram na internet.\u00a0Duas supostas v\u00edtimas tamb\u00e9m est\u00e3o processando o palha\u00e7o na esfera Civil do judici\u00e1rio e pedem R$ 200 mil por danos morais ap\u00f3s as imagens correrem por toda as redes sociais e notici\u00e1rios.<\/p>\n

Agora, investigado em \u00e2mbito criminal e denunciado \u00e0 esfera C\u00edvel, o palha\u00e7o tem um longo arcabou\u00e7o judici\u00e1rio para enfrentar pela frente em paralelo ao novo projeto assinado com o SBT.<\/p>\n
