{"id":61692,"date":"2023-11-21T22:14:54","date_gmt":"2023-11-22T01:14:54","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.chavantesnoticia.com.br\/?p=61692"},"modified":"2023-11-21T22:21:56","modified_gmt":"2023-11-22T01:21:56","slug":"pec-que-restringe-decisoes-individuais-no-stf-sera-votada-quarta-feira","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.chavantesnoticia.com.br\/?p=61692","title":{"rendered":"PEC QUE RESTRINGE DECIS\u00d5ES INDIVIDUAIS NO STF SER\u00c1 VOTADA QUARTA-FEIRA"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"col-sm-12 ig-container_headerText\">\n<h2 id=\"noticia-olho\">Vota\u00e7\u00e3o acontece no Senado e proposta deve limitar alguns tr\u00e2mites no Supremo Tribunal Federal<\/h2>\n<\/div>\n<div data-google-query-id=\"CI6h5s221oIDFdIOuQYd9x0HAQ\">\n<p class=\"\">Foi aprovado pelo\u00a0Senado\u00a0nesta ter\u00e7a-feira (21) um pedido que deve ter como resultado a tramita\u00e7\u00e3o mais r\u00e1pida da proposta que limita decis\u00f5es individuais dos ministros do\u00a0Supremo Tribunal Federal\u00a0(STF)<\/p>\n<p class=\"\">O presidente do Senado, Rodrigo Pacheco (PSD-MG), definiu que a vota\u00e7\u00e3o do texto acontecer\u00e1 nesta quarta (22).<\/p>\n<p>Hoje, o presidente do Senado analisou o calend\u00e1rio especial da proposta de emenda \u00e0 Constitui\u00e7\u00e3o (PEC). O pedido resume a tramita\u00e7\u00e3o da mat\u00e9ria e permite delibera\u00e7\u00e3o em dois turnos num mesmo dia. Para ser aprovada, a PEC precisa receber pelo menos 49 votos favor\u00e1veis nas duas etapas de vota\u00e7\u00e3o. Depois, seguir\u00e1 para a C\u00e2mara.<\/p>\n<p>A PEC impedir\u00e1 decis\u00f5es individuais de ministros e desembargadores que:<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; suspendam leis que afetem a coletividade;<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; suspendam a efic\u00e1cia de leis ou atos dos presidentes da Rep\u00fablica, da C\u00e2mara e do Senado.<\/p>\n<div>\n<aside class=\"leiaTambem-container\">\n<p class=\" \">A mudan\u00e7a valer\u00e1 para decis\u00f5es cautelares ou &#8220;de qualquer natureza&#8221; em a\u00e7\u00f5es que questionam a constitucionalidade de leis e vai impactar os trabalhos do STF e dos Tribunais de Justi\u00e7a dos estados.<\/p>\n<p>A PEC prop\u00f5e reduzir a dois por processo o n\u00famero de pedidos de vista- mais tempo para an\u00e1lise-, numa tentativa de agilizar a conclus\u00e3o de julgamentos.
