A acusa\u00e7\u00e3o formal contra Guerriau inclui a administra\u00e7\u00e3o de uma subst\u00e2ncia para prejudicar o julgamento ou controle de a\u00e7\u00f5es da v\u00edtima, visando viola\u00e7\u00e3o ou agress\u00e3o sexual.<\/p>\n<p>Os eventos ocorreram durante a manh\u00e3, quando a deputada, ap\u00f3s ingerir uma bebida na resid\u00eancia de Guerriau, apresentou mal-estar, levando-a a denunciar o caso \u00e0 pol\u00edcia. A acusa\u00e7\u00e3o revela que n\u00e3o havia rela\u00e7\u00f5es \u00edntimas entre a v\u00edtima e o senador.
