O empres\u00e1rio Alexandre Santini, ex-s\u00f3cio de\u00a0Fl\u00e1vio\u00a0Bolsonaro\u00a0(PL-RJ),<\/strong>\u00a0afirmou em depoimento \u00e0 Justi\u00e7a que o senador desembolsou R$ 200 mil em esp\u00e9cie para inaugurar a franquia da Kopenhagen que os dois tiveram juntos, entre 2015 e 2021, em um shopping na Barra da Tijuca, no Rio de Janeiro.<\/p>\n

Santini acionou a Justi\u00e7a de Bras\u00edlia para reaver R$ 1,5 milh\u00e3o, que alega terem sido direcionados exclusivamente a Fl\u00e1vio, sem a devida reparti\u00e7\u00e3o. A loja foi vendida ap\u00f3s\u00a0\u00a0Fl\u00e1vio\u00a0Bolsonaro\u00a0ter sido denunciado no esquema das rachadinhas em 2020. O\u00a0iG<\/strong>\u00a0<\/em>tenta contato com o gabinete do senador Fl\u00e1vio\u00a0Bolsonaro.<\/p>\n

O Minist\u00e9rio P\u00fablico citou, no mesmo ano, a suspeita de que a franquia teria sido utilizada para a lavagem de dinheiro proveniente do esquema supostamente administrado pelo ex-assessor\u00a0\u00a0Fabr\u00edcio Queiroz,\u00a0na Assembleia Legislativa do Estado do Rio de Janeiro (Alerj). De acordo com Santini, Fl\u00e1vio Bolsonaro\u00a0recebeu\u00a0R$ 619,9 mil em\u00a0dinheiro vivo da loja,\u00a0entre 2015 e 2019.<\/p>\n

Na a\u00e7\u00e3o, o empres\u00e1rio alega que nunca teve envolvimento nas decis\u00f5es sobre a distribui\u00e7\u00e3o de valores entre os dois s\u00f3cios, que seria responsabilidade de Fl\u00e1vio. Santini alega que\u00a0o senador teria distribu\u00eddo os lucros de maneira desigual,\u00a0e cobra o pagamento de R$ 876,8 mil, que teria sido pago a mais ao s\u00f3cio, somado a uma diferen\u00e7a de R$ 172,7 mil na venda do neg\u00f3cio e R$ 423,8 mil adicionais que Santini teria arcado em despesas.<\/p>\n
