Ministro Fl\u00e1vio Dino n\u00e3o enxerga o STF como uma “premia\u00e7\u00e3o”<\/h2>\n<\/div>\n

O atual ministro da Justi\u00e7a e Seguran\u00e7a P\u00fablica, Fl\u00e1vio Dino (PSB-MA), reafirmou seu desejo de continuar \u00e0 frente da pasta em vez de buscar uma indica\u00e7\u00e3o ao\u00a0Supremo Tribunal Federal\u00a0(STF), conforme reportado por aliados.<\/p>\n

Dino alega que sua prioridade \u00e9 solucionar os desafios de seguran\u00e7a p\u00fablica no pa\u00eds, tornando-se uma figura popular e eficaz no cen\u00e1rio nacional.<\/p>\n

Em declara\u00e7\u00f5es feitas internamente, Dino enfatizou que considera a seguran\u00e7a p\u00fablica como um dos maiores problemas enfrentados pelo Brasil, e acredita que, ao contribuir para sua melhoria, pode se posicionar como um candidato \u00e0 presid\u00eancia da Rep\u00fablica no futuro.<\/p>\n

Ele expressa seu desejo de concorrer \u00e0 presid\u00eancia ap\u00f3s o t\u00e9rmino do mandato de Luiz In\u00e1cio Lula da Silva (PT), seja em 2026 ou em 2030, caso o petista seja reeleito.<\/p>\n

Esta posi\u00e7\u00e3o de Fl\u00e1vio Dino n\u00e3o \u00e9 uma novidade, uma vez que em julho ele j\u00e1 havia manifestado semelhante inten\u00e7\u00e3o, como revelou o colunista Guilherme Amado, do Metr\u00f3poles.<\/p>\n

O ministro enfatiza sua capacidade de se comunicar eficazmente com a popula\u00e7\u00e3o sobre quest\u00f5es de seguran\u00e7a p\u00fablica e revela seu apre\u00e7o por atuar como agente pol\u00edtico.<\/p>\n

No entanto, Dino deixa claro que se considera um pol\u00edtico de grupo e que,\u00a0caso seja indicado para o STF, n\u00e3o recusar\u00e1 o pedido de Lula.<\/p>\n

Embora tenha mencionado anteriormente que, se assumisse uma posi\u00e7\u00e3o no Supremo, n\u00e3o retornaria \u00e0 pol\u00edtica,\u00a0ele j\u00e1 indicou que n\u00e3o tem inten\u00e7\u00e3o de permanecer na Corte at\u00e9 atingir a idade de 75 anos,\u00a0sinalizando a possibilidade de uma aposentadoria antecipada e um eventual retorno \u00e0 pol\u00edtica.<\/p>\n

A not\u00edcia da poss\u00edvel sa\u00edda de Fl\u00e1vio Dino do minist\u00e9rio da Justi\u00e7a e Seguran\u00e7a P\u00fablica tem gerado preocupa\u00e7\u00f5es no PT.<\/p>\n

O PT defende a divis\u00e3o das responsabilidades na pasta, com a Justi\u00e7a entregue a Jorge Messias ou a algum profissional t\u00e9cnico, enquanto a Seguran\u00e7a P\u00fablica ficaria sob responsabilidade de um membro do pr\u00f3prio partido.<\/p>\n
