A Corte tamb\u00e9m tornou o general\u00a0<strong>Walter Braga Netto<\/strong>\u00a0(PL) ineleg\u00edvel por oito anos no julgamento.<\/p>\n<p>Por 5 votos a 2, o Tribunal considerou que Bolsonaro e Braga Netto cometeram abuso de poder pol\u00edtico e econ\u00f4mico e conduta vedada nas comemora\u00e7\u00f5es do Bicenten\u00e1rio da Independ\u00eancia\u00a0durante a campanha eleitoral de 2022. O ex-presidente ter\u00e1 que pagar uma multa de R$ 425 mil, enquanto o general, R$ 212,8 mil.<\/p>\n<p>Os ministros julgaram que os ent\u00e3o candidatos usaram as cerim\u00f4nias oficiais em\u00a0Bras\u00edlia\u00a0e no\u00a0Rio de Janeiro\u00a0para fazer campanha e tentaram instrumentalizar as\u00a0For\u00e7as Armadas\u00a0para turbinar a candidatura da chapa.<\/p>\n<p data-t=\"{&quot;n&quot;:&quot;blueLinks&quot;}\">Bolsonaro j\u00e1 est\u00e1 ineleg\u00edvel por oito anos desde junho, por outra decis\u00e3o da Corte. O general foi poupado anteriormente, mas agora n\u00e3o poder\u00e1 se candidatar a cargos p\u00fablicos at\u00e9 2030. A nova condena\u00e7\u00e3o\u00a0n\u00e3o afetar\u00e1 o futuro pol\u00edtico\u00a0de Bolsonaro. As penas, nesse caso, n\u00e3o se somam. Nas duas condena\u00e7\u00f5es, o\u00a0prazo de inelegibilidade come\u00e7a a contar a partir do primeiro turno do pleito.<\/p>\n<p data-t=\"{&quot;n&quot;:&quot;blueLinks&quot;}\">Ap\u00f3s o TSE formar maioria pela condena\u00e7\u00e3o, Bolsonaro publicou no X (antigo Twitter) os valores que ele e Braga Netto foram condenados a pagar.
