O projeto aguarda designa\u00e7\u00e3o de relator na Comiss\u00e3o de Direitos Humanos e Legisla\u00e7\u00e3o Participativa (CDH).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">O PL altera a Consolida\u00e7\u00e3o das Leis do Trabalho (CLT) para incluir entre os motivos de direito ao abono de faltas o acompanhamento de dependente com patologia grave ou que esteja hospitalizado, pelo tempo que se fizer necess\u00e1rio. De acordo com a justificativa do autor, o projeto vem suprir essa lacuna do artigo 473 da CLT, que prev\u00ea o direito de abono \u00e0 aus\u00eancia no trabalho apenas em caso de necessidades m\u00e9dicas do pr\u00f3prio empregado.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cTais situa\u00e7\u00f5es s\u00e3o recorrentes e, frequentemente, a qualidade de vida do empregado \u00e9 amea\u00e7ada pela enfermidade na fam\u00edlia, o que tamb\u00e9m se reflete no seu desempenho profissional\u201d, afirmou Veneziano.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ap\u00f3s passar pela CDH, o projeto dever\u00e1 seguir para a an\u00e1lise da Comiss\u00e3o de Assuntos Sociais (CAS), que dar\u00e1 a decis\u00e3o final sobre a mat\u00e9ria.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: right;\"><span
