A CPI investiga se os procedimentos realizados pelo ICESP (Instituto do C\u00e2ncer do Estado de S\u00e3o Paulo) seguiram o protocolo e as normas da Anvisa no sentido de apurar seu resultado.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">A CPI tem em sua relatoria o deputado estadual Ricardo Madalena e \u00e9 presidida pelo deputado Roberto Massafera. A pr\u00f3xima sess\u00e3o est\u00e1 marcada para o dia 21 de fevereiro.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Nesta quarta, a CPI ouviu o doutor Sergio Daniel Simon, especializado em oncologia e presidente da Sociedade Brasileira de Oncologia Cl\u00ednica.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">O \u00a0relator, deputado Ricardo Madalena, perguntou ao doutor Sergio Simon: \u201cO senhor acha indispens\u00e1vel fazer farmacocin\u00e9tica (estudo do destino dos f\u00e1rmacos no organismo ap\u00f3s sua administra\u00e7\u00e3o e que abrange os processos de absor\u00e7\u00e3o, distribui\u00e7\u00e3o,\u00a0biotransforma\u00e7\u00e3o e excre\u00e7\u00e3o) para testar a droga no ser humano?\u201d. A resposta do doutor Sergio Simon foi categ\u00f3rica: \u201cSim. Indispens\u00e1vel\u201d. Essa \u00e9 uma das quest\u00f5es que a CPI levanta, sobre o ICESP n\u00e3o ter feito a farmacocin\u00e9tica com a Fosfoetanolamina.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">De forma did\u00e1tica, usando slides em uma apresenta\u00e7\u00e3o, o doutor Sergio Simon explicou \u00e0 CPI o passo a passo do processo de um medicamento, desde a fase em que sua subst\u00e2ncia \u00e9 colhida na natureza at\u00e9 ser aprovado para sua venda nas farm\u00e1cias. E a \u00eanfase foi dada justamente na fase primeira, da farmacocin\u00e9tica, fase esta que n\u00e3o foi testada pelo ICESP.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ricardo Madalena fez quest\u00e3o de agradecer a presen\u00e7a do doutor Sergio Simon, declarando que seu depoimento ser\u00e1 de grande valia para o relat\u00f3rio final.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">A CPI da Fosfo tem prazo de 90 dias para concluir as investiga\u00e7\u00f5es, podendo ser prorrogada por mais 45 dias.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>QUEM \u00c9 O DEPOENTE<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">O doutor Sergio Daniel Simon \u00e9 formado pela Faculdade de Medicina da Universidade de S\u00e3o Paulo FMUSP (1973). Fez resid\u00eancia M\u00e9dica em Medicina Interna pelo Mount Sinai Medical Center \u2013 Miami Beach (1977). Pesquisador em Hematologia, pela Rutgers University, New Jersey (1979) e em Oncologia Cl\u00ednica pelo Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center \u2013 New York (1980). Doutorado pela Faculdade de Medicina da Universidade de S\u00e3o Paulo FMUSP (2003).
