A CPI investiga se os procedimentos realizados pelo ICESP (Instituto do C\u00e2ncer do Estado de S\u00e3o Paulo) seguiram o protocolo e as normas da Anvisa no sentido de apurar seu resultado. Seu retorno est\u00e1 previsto para o m\u00eas de fevereiro.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Em sua primeira sess\u00e3o p\u00fablica, ocorrida em 7 de novembro, a CPI,que tem em sua relatoria o <strong>deputado estadual Ricardo Madalena<\/strong> e \u00e9 presidida pelo deputado <strong>Roberto Massafera<\/strong>, ouviu o qu\u00edmico <strong>Gilberto Chierice<\/strong>, da USP de S\u00e3o Carlos, respons\u00e1vel pela produ\u00e7\u00e3o do f\u00e1rmaco.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Nas demais sess\u00f5es, foram ouvidos tantos os profissionais que trabalharam como auditores na fiscaliza\u00e7\u00e3o dos testes quanto os produtores e os profissionais do ICESP.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">H\u00e1 de se destacar o papel eficaz feito pelos deputados tanto em rela\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e0 transpar\u00eancia quanto \u00e0 sua imparcialidade. Todos os envolvidos est\u00e3o sendo ouvidos\u00a0 com toda seguran\u00e7a para que respondam \u00e0s perguntas e possam expor seus pontos de vista. O que d\u00e1 a todos a absoluta certeza da seriedade e responsabilidade com que os membros da CPI tem demonstrado ao longo das sess\u00f5es.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cN\u00e3o estamos aqui para favorecer este ou aquele. Nosso trabalho \u00e9 de enorme responsabilidade. Queremos clareza dos depoentes. Tudo o que ali \u00e9 dito \u00e9 sob juramento. O resultado dessa CPI ser\u00e1 todo ele baseado nos depoimentos de todos que estiverem envolvidos com os testes feito pelo ICESP e pelos documentos relativos a esses testes e a forma como foram realizados\u201d, disse o deputado Ricardo Madalena.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">A CPI da Fosfoetanolamina tem um prazo de 90 dias para concluir as investiga\u00e7\u00f5es, podendo ser prorrogada por mais 45 dias.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>O COM\u00c9RCIO DA SUPOSTA FOSFOETANOLAMINA<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">No in\u00edcio deste 2018 uma reportagem do <strong>jornal ZERO HORA<\/strong>, do Rio Grande do Sul, nos chama a aten\u00e7\u00e3o para o com\u00e9rcio do que seria um produto contendo Fosfoetanolamina.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">O grave \u00e9 que esses produtores iludem as pessoas que vivem o drama de combater o c\u00e2ncer, e leva a elas a falsa informa\u00e7\u00e3o de que o produto cont\u00e9m Fosofoetanolamina, sem conseguir comprovar.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Esse tipo de informa\u00e7\u00e3o apenas revela a enorme responsabilidade que a CPI da Fosfo tem em seu trabalho investigativo.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Membros da CPI t\u00eam tamb\u00e9m, agora, a oportunidade de mostrar a todos o perigo em se comprar determinados produtos.
