Ela comemora tamb\u00e9m os dois anos de cria\u00e7\u00e3o do Plano Nacional de Valoriza\u00e7\u00e3o da Mulher Advogada, aprovado pelo Conselho Federal da OAB, que prev\u00ea a valoriza\u00e7\u00e3o da educa\u00e7\u00e3o jur\u00eddica e defesa das prerrogativas das mulheres advogadas, al\u00e9m da elabora\u00e7\u00e3o de propostas que protejam a mulher em seu exerc\u00edcio profissional.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">A Comiss\u00e3o da Mulher advogada \u00e9 uma das mais atuantes da 31\u00aa Subse\u00e7\u00e3o OAB Mar\u00edlia e esteve presente recentemente da 23\u00aa Confer\u00eancia Nacional da Advocacia debatendo as quest\u00f5es mais atuais da advocacia \u2013 inclusive no que diz respeito \u00e0s advogadas especificamente. \u201cAgradecemos muito o apoio que recebemos de alguns parceiros de Mar\u00edlia, como a <strong>Dori Alimentos<\/strong> que sempre atende nossos pedidos\u201d, afirma <strong>Cleomara.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Entre outras atividades realizadas pela Comiss\u00e3o, que inclusive abarcam o g\u00eanero feminino como todo, e n\u00e3o apenas a classe, est\u00e1 a visita advogada <strong>K\u00e1tia Boulos<\/strong>, conselheira seccional da OAB-SP e presidente da Comiss\u00e3o Estadual da Mulher Advogada, em setembro, para ministrar palestra sobre <strong>\u201cAliena\u00e7\u00e3o Parental\u201d.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Nesse sentido, tamb\u00e9m merece destaque outra importante iniciativa da Comiss\u00e3o, o pr\u00e9-projeto de lei municipal sobre aliena\u00e7\u00e3o parental apresentado \u00e0 C\u00e2mara de Mar\u00edlia sob an\u00e1lise do departamento jur\u00eddico da Casa de Leis. A expectativa \u00e9 de que proposta passe por todo o processo legislativo, que envolve an\u00e1lise de Comiss\u00f5es de vereadores, inclus\u00e3o na pauta, aprova\u00e7\u00e3o como objeto de
